“Healthy and Happy: How to Find Your Best Self”.
Tracey McCain

Tracey was on the air at WFMY in Greensboro from 4:30am until the job was done, for nearly 17 years. Waking up and 1:50 a.m. then going home and starting her second job as a wife and mother was an amazing part of Tracey’s life, but in June 2023, she made the important decision to sign off from the Good Morning Show to spend more time with her family. Tracey made the courageous decision to take her skills and talents and focus on herself and her family. Her inspiring story will encourage all women that they can make great changes for themselves and others.

Setting Performance Expectations While Building Trust
Arasi Adkins

Learn about the importance of meeting with direct reports regularly, so that when issues arise (and they will) they are not waiting until the last minute to document. By allowing the supervisor to get to know their employees - their goals and aspirations - and helps to build trust all the while. It's a proactive approach to avoid hardcore performance management later on. When issues arise, you will have strategies to work through those too.
