WE Lead K - 12 is a professional development conference for women in education in schools and districts serving K-12 students. WE Lead presentations center on career advancement, leadership insights, and personal development. The format is open to keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive collaborations between leaders. The true power of WE Lead emerges when meaningful relationships are built within a strong network of experienced and aspiring women in leadership.

    Angelia J. Poole is a highly accomplished professional with a dynamic career spanning data management
    and analytics, strategic planning, organizational development, and inspirational leadership. With over a
    decade of dedicated service in education administration and community engagement, Angelia brings a
    unique blend of technical proficiency, creative communication, and purpose-driven leadership to every
    role she undertakes.
    Currently serving as Coordinator of Facilities Management for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS),
    Angelia leads the development and optimization of critical data systems that support the district’s
    operational infrastructure. Her innovative work includes designing department-specific modules - such
    as district real estate and mobile unit tracking, warranty management, and process mapping -
    streamlining internal processes and empowering senior leadership with actionable insights. As a liaison
    and content expert, she drives collaborative solutions that enhance performance and align with strategic
    goals.
    Angelia's career with CMS spans more than a decade, during which she has built a reputation for
    excellence in database administration, data interpretation and visualization, SharePoint development,
    training facilitation, and cross-departmental communication. Prior to her current role, she served as
    Senior Administrative Secretary, where she not only supported executive leadership, but also played a
    pivotal role in real estate data management and public-facing communications.
    Beyond the scope of her professional career, Angelia is deeply committed to community and ministry.
    As a Community Engagement Facilitator and as the Youth Director at Weeping Willow AME Zion Church,
    she forges strong relationships between local institutions, governmental leaders, community Youth, and
    underserved populations - fostering impactful partnerships and expanding access to resources. Angelia
    also leads the Women’s Ministry of the Charlotte District and serves as chaplain and administrator for
    the Charlotte District Music Ministry of the AME Zion Church.
    Angelia is also a prolific author and motivational speaker, with multiple published works that empower
    readers to discover their purpose, embrace healing, and grow spiritually. Her titles include “JobTitle
    Worshiper”
    ,
    “Operating In The Light”, and “A Good Man Is Looking For Me”, with her latest work,
    “Embrace The Power Of Your Scars”, scheduled for release in June 2025. Through her platform, Lady AJP
    Ministries, she continues to impact lives through faith-based teaching and digital outreach.
    A certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Angelia combines analytical acumen with heartfelt passion to create
    systems, content, and communities that thrive. Her commitment to excellence, strategic insight, and
    faith-centered approach make her a trusted leader in both professional and ministry settings.
